Transfer ringtones to your cellphone
Depending on your phone and service:
1- email or text the file to your phone as an attachment
2- transfer the ringtone via Bluetooth
3- use a USB cable to connect the cellphone and computer
A USB cable is a good purchase to really harness the features of your phone on your laptop. Handset management software such as BitPim (http://www.bitpim.org), is much easier than using the phone's user interface, and will help you manage ringtones, calendarsphotos and contacts.
